Refund policy
At Armoire, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist, subject to the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags intact.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Sale or discounted items
• Items purchased during promotional offers
• Custom-made or altered garments
• Accessories and inner wear (if applicable)
Return Process
1. Please contact us at armoire.int@gmail.com or via Instagram @armoire_int within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
